Becoming a Member of the CSSS
The Canadian Society of Soil Science must be a strong active organization if it is to provide leadership to meet the soil management challenges of the future. Doing so will require a range of expertise and ingenuity. If you share the ideal of "Promoting the wise use of Canada's soil resources" you are encouraged to become a member of CSSS. CSSS membership provides: - annual scientific meetings;
- half-price subscription to the Canadian Journal of Soil Science;
- Society newsletter;
- ready access to Society sponsored special publications;
CSSS invites: - individuals engaged in all aspects of professional soil science, e.g., agricultural, forestry, geography, land-use planning, geology, remote sensing, engineering and environmental science, to become members;
- individuals engaged in full-time study of soil science to become student members;
- individuals with post-secondary school degree or diploma to become members.
