The Canadian Society of Soil Science must be a strong active organization if it is to provide leadership to meet the soil management challenges of the future. • individuals engaged in all aspects of professional soil science, e.g., agricultural, forestry, geography, land-use planning, geology, remote sensing, engineering and environmental science, to become members;
• individuals engaged in full-time study of soil science to become student members;
• individuals with post-secondary school degree or diploma to become members.
