The Canadian Society of Soil Science (CSSS) hosts an annual meeting that offers an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge with lectures, symposia, and numerous oral and poster presentations. The CSSS annual meeting allows you to share ideas, successes, and challenges with your peers and to connect with colleagues from around Canada. In 2011, the Canadian Society of Soil Science and Soil Science Society of America are organizing the joint conference entitled "Fundamental for Life: Soil, Crop, & Environmental Sciences." The conference will be held on October 16-20, 2011 in San Antonio, TX. In 2012, the Canadian Society of Soil Science and Association Québécoise de Spécialistes en Sciences du Sol (AQSSS) are organizing the joint conference. The conference will be held on June 3-7, 2012 in Manoir St-Castin, Lac Beauport, which is about 25 km from the airport and 20 km from Québec City ( http://www.hotelsvillegia.com/fr/manoir-st-castin).
